Kylie spent 14 years as a senior leader of retail operations and talent development. Over the span of those 14 years, she oversaw hundreds of employees and all the operations of many retail stores. After 14 years, she could not ignore the call to serve in a more impactful way and that led her to the education field. Most of the 9 years she has spent in education were spent as a 6th-grade ELAR teacher and Department Chair, and First Year Teacher Mentor. Most recently, she was the Academic Coach for 60 middle school teachers. She was also part of the Leaders of Learners team and was selected to be a part of the Leadership Excellence for Aspiring Principals in her previous school district.
